Which Skin Rejuvenation Methods Do We Offer?

Our practice for skin rejuvenation and anti-aging in Nuremberg offers modern, individually tailored treatments for firmer skin and a fresh, youthful appearance.

One of the most popular methods for revitalizing the skin is tissue tightening with Sculptra® (poly-L-lactic acid), a so-called biostimulator.

This treatment can be effectively combined with a skin booster therapy.
As a natural, body-based approach to skin rejuvenation, we also offer PRP therapy.

How does tissue tightening with Sculptra® work?

Sculptra® (poly-L-lactic acid) is not a traditional filler like hyaluronic acid, but a so-called biostimulator.

The treatment of wrinkles and volume loss with Sculptra® follows a completely different approach compared to hyaluronic fillers.
While hyaluronic fillers provide immediate volume, Sculptra® stimulates the body’s own collagen production.

This leads not only to increased volume but also to improved skin firmness and structure over time.

When combined with skin booster therapy, the tightening effect can be significantly enhanced.

Who is Sculptra® suitable for?

We recommend Sculptra® treatment for patients who wish to maintain a natural facial appearance while reducing the gradual signs of aging, such as loose skin and wrinkles.

It is particularly suitable for patients between the ages of 35 and 70, for whom a surgical facelift is not yet indicated.

What is skin booster therapy?

Skin boosters are hyaluronic acid-based treatments designed to refresh the skin and improve acne scars or skin irregularities.

Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of the skin that decreases with age, leading to loss of hydration and elasticity.

The product is injected directly beneath the upper skin layer, usually combined with a local anesthetic, making the treatment virtually painless.

What is PRP therapy?

PRP stands for Platelet-Rich Plasma. It is obtained from the patient’s own blood using a specialized process.

This plasma concentrate contains a high concentration of growth factors and proteins that stimulate collagen production and support natural regeneration processes.

PRP is injected into the skin using very fine needles or applied topically.
The treatment is often referred to as a “vampire lifting.”

After treatment, the skin appears firmer, fresher and more youthful.

How many treatments are required?

To achieve optimal skin tightening and rejuvenation, we generally recommend repeating the treatment at least three times.

Which areas can be treated with Sculptra® / skin boosters?

· face
· buttocks
· thighs
· décolleté
· neck
· hands

When are the final results visible?

A noticeable improvement in skin quality is usually visible about three months after the first treatment.
